Melissa and I are happy to announce that we're currently holding a block of 15 rooms at the Best Western East End Hotel. These rooms are available Wednesday August 2nd—Friday August 4th.

The Best Western has agreed to give us a group rate of $149/night plus tax for Wednesday through Thursday and $189 for Friday night. Please note, you are responsible for making your own reservations before June 23, 2006 should you decide to take advantage of our group rate. After this date the Best Western reserves the right to release these 15 rooms to the public and you will lose the group discount.

Your stay at the Best Western will include a shuttle ride to the wedding site and back to the hotel after the wedding. Also note check-in is at 3:00pm. The shuttle will be leaving for the wedding site at 4:30pm. It may be wise to request early check-in or reserve a night stay the day before the wedding.

You'll also receive a complimentary continental breakfast for each night that you plan to stay. The night of our wedding the hotel bar will remain open an extra two hours after normal closing time to help us really celebrate.
